The Founder

Matt Grybel

The man behind the house.
The house built for others.

Matt Grybel founded Maison Élevée from a defining moment in his own life: receiving his first custom suit at 20 years old during his mentorship with Bob Proctor. Crafted by Antonacci Suiting in Toronto, Canada with custom dress shirts by Ridolfi, the gift became more than clothing — it became a mirror of the man Matt was becoming.

"Elevation is a decision.
Make that decision today."

Matt Grybel is the Founder of Maison Élevée, a House of Elevation created to help individuals transform their self-image, embody a higher standard, and become the person they were truly meant to be. His work is rooted in a simple but powerful belief: when you change the image you hold of yourself, you change the direction of your life.

The seed of Maison Élevée was planted when Matt was just 20 years old in Toronto, Canada. During a formative season of mentorship with Bob Proctor, Matt received a gift that would permanently alter his understanding of identity: his first custom suit. The suit was crafted by Antonacci Suiting, with shirts made by Ridolfi — but the gift was far more than clothing. It was a mirror. For the first time, Matt saw a physical reflection of the man he was becoming — refined, elevated, disciplined, and worthy of the future he was beginning to imagine.

That moment became a living philosophy. Bob Proctor often taught, "You must walk, talk, think, act, and dress like the person you want to become." Matt took that principle to heart. He realized that transformation is not abstract — it is embodied. How a person thinks, speaks, dresses, decides, and carries themselves all communicate an internal standard.

Matt Grybel — Maison Élevée The standard of Maison Élevée

Maison Élevée was born from that realization: elevation is not about pretending to be someone else. It is about aligning every part of your life with the highest version of who you already are.

Through Maison Élevée, Matt and his partners help people recalibrate their identity, discipline, environment, and self-image so they can live from alignment rather than pressure. His mission is not simply to provide more information, but to create a standard-based environment where people are reminded, challenged, and supported as they become their elevated self.

Every touchpoint within Maison Élevée — from its teachings and programmes to its experiences, style, and community — is designed to move people from unconscious living into deliberate alignment.

Maison Élevée was not built from a business plan. It was built from a belief. The belief that every person deserves access to the tools, environment, and standard that accelerates who they are becoming. The belief that luxury is not about price — it is about precision, intention, and craft. The belief that when you carry yourself as the person you are becoming, the becoming accelerates.

Maison Élevée — The House of Elevation — is the physical and philosophical expression of that belief.
