The video argues that you don't need more information to change your life — you already carry the knowledge and creative power you need, and the universe simply responds to the energy and expectation you consistently project. What determines your results isn't luck or effort alone, but the size of your self-image, the frequency you hold, and whether you decide the universe is working for you or against you. The missing piece was never external; it's the decision to act on what you already sense to be true.

Key Takeaways

  • You are the creator and the universe is the responder — it reflects the energy and expectation you consistently project rather than deciding what you deserve.
  • Your self-image acts as a container that determines how much wealth, opportunity, and abundance you can actually hold, so expanding that container matters more than accumulating more information.
  • The universe operates on inclusion, meaning it responds to whatever you give sustained focus and emotion to — positive or negative — so resisting what you don't want can attract more of it.
  • Raising your vibration is a physical practice as much as a mental one: sleep, sunlight, real food, meditation, and reducing negativity all shape the frequency you broadcast.
  • Deciding whether you see the universe as friendly or hostile is one of the most consequential choices you can make, because you'll gather evidence to prove yourself right either way.
  • Anticipation and expectation function like law — a steady, embodied certainty that things are working in your favor changes what actually shows up in your life.

You Are the Creator, the Universe Is the Responder▶ Watch from 0:01

Good morning, and welcome to today's video, wherever you're tuning in from. In yesterday's video, we talked about attracting money — and if you haven't seen it yet, go back and watch it first. The core idea was that you can't speak or think in terms of "I need" or "I want," because doing so puts your focus on lack. When you say "I need more money" or "I never have money," you're focused on the absence of it, and what you focus on is what you attract. Yesterday's video walked through some processes for shifting that.

Like energy attracts like energy. Something as simple as carrying a stack of five-dollar bills — just holding that energy of cash on you — starts to attract more of the same. We also talked about the idea that nature abhors a vacuum: energy you send out, money moving away from you, creates a vacated space, and that space wants to fill itself back in. We used the image of a massive container filled with money and wealth — if you want more, you need a bigger container, and the size of that container is set by your self-image. You can visualize a small container or a large one; that's entirely up to you.

So hold onto that idea of nature abhorring a vacuum. Yesterday we talked about the idea that you are a creator and the universe is a responder, and today we're going a little deeper into our creative ability as human beings. You already hold the knowledge of your own formless energetic structure — your emotions and thoughts work together and can draw circumstances and events into your reality. Raising your energetic vibration is what lets you harness more of that energy and direct it toward manifestation and healing. That's the entire purpose of studying this material: to raise our awareness of the ways we can raise our vibration.

Thirteen Practices to Raise Your Vibration▶ Watch from 2:47

When we vibrate higher, we attract things faster, with less stress and less resistance — an abundance mindset that comes from awareness, and awareness comes from studying. By learning this material, we increase our ability to attract what we want. So here are the main steps for enhancing your creative potential and energetic vibration. Number one: meditation practices, to quiet useless thoughts and bring forth mental clarity.

Number two: subconscious reprogramming that favors your desires. Number three: stepping away from judgmental patterns of thought. Number four: breathing deeply, releasing fear, and staying grounded in the present moment. Number five: acceptance — surrendering, and looking for the best in life's problems and situations.

Number six: reconnecting to the heart space and practicing stillness. Number seven: working through the tension and blockages you carry in your body. Number eight: recognizing the bigger picture of your own journey, and the reasons behind your pain and difficulty.

Number nine: supporting your body's natural ability to detoxify. Number ten: physical exercise that builds energy. Number eleven: periods of fasting, for physical and mental clarity. Number twelve: a natural diet full of real, whole foods. And number thirteen: reconnecting with nature. These thirteen ideas are suggestions — take what applies to your life and start making the changes that bring balance.

All of these are processes, techniques, and things to test for yourself. Get the feedback — how does this work for you, and what changes do you need to make? It comes back to self-reflection: identifying the paradigms holding you back, so old programming can be overwritten with new. The goal of this whole exercise is to raise your energetic vibration and frequency, so you can harness more energy and direct it toward manifestation and healing.

Take these thirteen ideas. Write them down, implement them, and figure out which ones you want to keep — the ones you want to turn into a daily habit.

Brain Regeneration and the Body's Role in Vibration▶ Watch from 6:24

So let's talk about brain regeneration — how do you regenerate your brain, ease depression, and raise your overall happiness? Get sunlight on your skin and in your eyes. Get outside for fresh, unpolluted air whenever you can, and breathe deeply. Essential fats like flax, hemp, and coconut protect your brain and the myelin sheath around your nerves.

The brain is more than 60 percent fat, so a very low-fat diet over the long term isn't doing you any favors — be smart about it. Glucose from fruits and vegetables is the brain's primary source of energy; fresh fruit and vegetable juices are essentially rocket fuel for the body and mind.

Avoid negative people, and try to meet those who are hard on you with love rather than resentment. Build a real relationship with yourself — take yourself out, be your own best friend. Let go of the need to criticize yourself or anyone else; it will wear you down slowly. And get more than enough sleep.

Wake up slowly whenever you get the chance — your brain loves sleep. Listen to classical music to support healthy neurons and creativity. Meditation helps balance the left and right hemispheres of the brain. And cuddle with a partner, a friend, or a pet — it raises oxytocin and releases feel-good chemicals.

Choosing the Kind of Universe You Live In▶ Watch from 8:01

Read things that give you hope and inspiration, and let go of unnecessary attachments. The joy of life is inside you — it doesn't depend on external conditions. One of the most important decisions you'll ever make is choosing what kind of universe you believe you exist in: is it helpful and supportive, or hostile and unsupportive?

How you answer that question shapes everything — how you live, and what kind of support you draw toward you. You experience exactly what you feel and think about, whether you want to or not.

The Inclusion-Based Universe▶ Watch from 8:46

I always describe this as an inclusion-based universe. Whatever you focus on is an automatic yes — you see abundance, that's a yes; you see lack and limitation, that's also a yes. You don't negate something just by saying, "No, I don't want this, stay away." Whatever you're focused on — good or bad — the universe includes it. Saying no to something doesn't remove it from your focus; it keeps you fixed on it.

You're thinking about it, your attention is on it, and you're probably feeling resentment or rejection around it — which means you're going to attract more of the same. You experience exactly what you feel and think about, whether you want it or not. If you believe the universe is unfriendly, you'll find examples to support that belief. You'll expect people to try to cheat or take advantage of you, and you'll blame an uncooperative world when things don't go your way.

You'll point to difficult people and bad luck to explain the world you live in. I'd encourage you instead to see the universe as warm and supportive, because you'll gather plenty of evidence to support that view too. When you expect the universe to be friendly, you start noticing friendly people, and you start looking for circumstances that work in your favor.

You start anticipating good fortune flowing into your life. Our own minds are our greatest ally and our greatest obstacle — never underestimate the mind's ability to build, complicate, shift, and rebuild itself, all at once.

That's the inclusion-based universe: whatever we focus on, good or bad, positive or negative, we attract more of it. Our opinion of the world becomes the world's opinion of us. If we see the world as negative — driven by scarcity, sickness, and struggle — that becomes our lived experience.

Anticipation Is the Law▶ Watch from 12:04

That's our perspective on the world, and the universe responds by delivering the events, circumstances, and people that match it. It can't happen any other way — that's simply how it works.

The moment we label something as good or bad, positive or negative, that judgment attracts more of the same. So look at the universe as warm and supportive, because you'll gather enough evidence to support that view. When you expect the universe to be working in your favor, it delivers circumstances that reflect that. Look for what's working in your favor, and anticipate good fortune — that's the law of expectation.

Expect that what you want is going to happen. Hold that belief at full strength — full conviction, without a shred of doubt. Today we went through some processes to help rejuvenate the brain and raise your vibration — thirteen ideas in total, several of which we've already covered elsewhere. These are things you can start implementing in your life today.
