How to Measure
01 — Collar
Collar
Wrap a soft tape measure around the base of your neck where a collar would sit — firm but not tight. Add ½" for comfort. This is your collar size.
02 — Sleeve
Sleeve
Bend your arm slightly. Measure from the center back of your neck, across your shoulder, and down to your wrist bone. The two numbers (e.g. 32/33) represent a half-inch range — order the smaller if between sizes.
03 — Chest
Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, just under your armpits, keeping the tape level and parallel to the floor. Breathe naturally — don't puff up or suck in.
04 — Waist
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your navel. Keep one finger between the tape and your body for ease.
