Your brain functions like a radio transmitter — it constantly broadcasts frequency through your thoughts and emotions, and the world responds in kind. The law of attraction isn't magic; it's the practical result of the law of vibration, where focused thought sets the direction and burning desire supplies the fuel. Master your frequency by moving through the four levels of consciousness, and results that once took effort start arriving without resistance.

Key Takeaways
- Your brain transmits and receives vibrational frequency the same way a radio tunes to a station — you can only receive what you're tuned toward.
- Focused thought is the steering wheel that sets your direction, while burning desire is the gas pedal that gives you the energy to move.
- Your experiences match the vibrational frequency and intention of your thoughts and emotions, so lasting change starts internally, not externally.
- Abundance is the natural, default state of the universe — scarcity is a pattern of thought, not a fact about reality.
- Growth in any skill or mindset moves through four levels: unconscious incompetence, conscious incompetence, conscious competence, and unconscious competence, or flow state.
- Living "from the end in mind" — acting, thinking, and feeling as though the goal is already achieved — is what turns an intention into a creative force.
Welcome & the Law of Vibration▶ Watch from 0:00
Good morning, and welcome to today's session, wherever you're tuning in from around the world. We have a great topic to get into today, so let's dive into the material.
The most efficient way to understand the law of attraction is to first return to the realization that you are an important part of a vibrational universe. Information travels through waves of light, and light energy is the foundational structure of atomic form.
The world is not an inanimate collection of stone and timber — it is a living system, built by the energy and effort of humanity. Whether we're talking about people, cars, money, or houses, everything is energy: electrons, protons, and neutrons, positive and negative charge. The law of attraction is one of the most fundamental laws there is. It is, in a real sense, who you are.
Your Brain Is a Radio Station▶ Watch from 1:24
This is where you need to really tune in — if you're taking notes, this is where to start. This is the science behind it: the way your brain emits a range of frequencies is similar to a radio being tuned to a specific station. I've had mentors over the years throughout my personal development journey, and every one of them has compared the mind's ability to emit and receive frequency to a satellite, to a radio station, to a broadcast tower.
They've all made the same comparison, because it's true: the way a satellite or a radio station operates is the same way your brain operates — mine, yours, everyone's. It transmits and receives vibration, frequency, and energy. That's worth underlining.
For instance, if you're tuned to one frequency, you can't hear what's being broadcast on another — they operate on different wavelengths. If you're listening to 101.3 and you want country music that's playing on 96.4, you're not going to get country music on 101.3.

The frequencies are different — they're on entirely different channels. Only by focusing your mind on one frequency are you able to align with what you want to bring into your life. Understanding that the brain transmits and receives vibrational energy across a wide range of frequencies is fundamental to personal growth, and the emotional frequencies that come from the heart are even more potent.
Think of it this way: your focused thoughts are the steering wheel — they set the direction. Are you going left, right, or straight? Your burning desire is the gas pedal — it's what actually moves you.
How badly do you want a certain thing? How badly do you want success, or to achieve your goals and dreams? That's the gas pedal in the vehicle of your life.
Living From the End in Mind▶ Watch from 4:51
This is the process of creation: you have to really feel it, the way you would if your desire were already here in the present moment. Act as if. Live from the end in mind. Live from a state of completion.
Walk, talk, think, and assume that you already have, are, and are doing everything you desire in this life. Think and act like you already have it, and treat it as a done deal. No creation happens outside of yourself — there is no lack or limitation, only error of thought. This is an abundant universe.
Abundance Is Your Birthright▶ Watch from 5:56
Abundance is your birthright — mine too. If you're not experiencing abundance in every area of your life, that's an error of thought on your part, and it's worth taking responsibility for. Look at your results: by their fruits, you'll know them. Your results will tell you whether you're operating from error or from the abundance this world has to offer.
To simplify this law: your experiences are the circumstances that match the vibrational frequency and intention of your thoughts and emotions. There was an audio program I listened to nearly every day for years, and one line in it stuck with me more than anything else: intention. If the word intention doesn't ring bells for you yet, study it more.
The more you study it, the more intention comes into focus — and that's where you'll find a lot of your answers. Your experience in this world matches the vibrational frequency and intention of your thoughts and emotions. It starts with you — you can't look to external circumstances, it starts with your own thoughts and emotions.
This is similar to the law of karma: what goes around comes around. You're transmitting frequency around the clock, and the world responds in kind. This is a level of understanding many people never reach, and your grasp of this concept says something about where you are on your own journey of awareness.
The Inside Shapes the Outside▶ Watch from 9:13
As your brain transmits vibrational frequency, it affects you at a deep level — the affirmations you say to yourself shape how you carry yourself and show up in the world.
The way you hold yourself — your posture, your expression, your presence — reflects your thinking back to the people around you. That's why the outside is a reflection of the inside.
Hopefully this is starting to connect for you — that's the intention behind Think With Me, so keep thinking with me.
The Law of Vibration: Everything Moves▶ Watch from 10:31
Light travels at 186,000 miles a second. Everything in the universe moves, vibrates, and expands — nothing ever remains stagnant. That's the law of vibration: everything is moving, nothing rests. The way one physical object differs from another comes down to how it vibrates.
Protons, neutrons, and electrons orbiting the nucleus at different speeds and in different combinations is what changes the physical makeup of objects. And if our thoughts can affect physical matter, then our creative power — our ability to transmit and emit frequency — affects the world around us.
The Four Levels of Consciousness▶ Watch from 11:48
I love this next section — this concept doesn't just apply to the law of attraction, it applies to any skill, any body of knowledge, any level of mastery. There are four levels of thought and consciousness.
Level one is unconscious incompetence. At this stage you're not even aware that you're unaware. You attract negative things into your life at a rapid pace, like a snowball of negative energy rolling downhill. Nothing is ever your fault, and you're always looking for someone to blame. Most people never make it past level one.
Level two is conscious incompetence. Here, you're aware of your negative thinking and the consequences it brings. You can see the pattern, and even if you don't like what you're attracting, you've taken responsibility for it. At level one you don't know what you don't know — you're on autopilot. At level two, you're consciously aware that there's a better way, even if you haven't found it yet.
Level three is conscious competence: you deliberately choose pure, positive thought about something and remove your resistance to it arriving. That might be something as simple as visualizing a parking space opening up for you — you set the intention, let it come to you, and acknowledge it when it arrives. You know that if you apply the right technique in the right way, you'll get the result — you're consciously aware of cause and effect, and you're reaping the benefits of your actions.
Level four is unconscious competence. You no longer have to work hard to create things in your life. You believe in how the process works, you spend time each day on your mindset, and new results come to you easily. You've built a positive momentum that keeps rolling forward in your favor.
We call level four the flow state — it's where everyone wants to be. Things just happen for you: you ask and it's given, you seek and you find. There's no resistance — you find the parking spot, you get the best coffee, you get the best table. You're carrying that positive momentum forward.
That, ladies and gentlemen, is where you want to be. So I'd challenge you to identify which level of awareness you're operating at in your own field. How good are you at your craft — can you do it automatically, competently, without having to think about it? Have you reached level four? If not, keep studying, keep applying what you learn, and keep moving the needle forward.
