When the analytical left hemisphere and the intuitive right hemisphere integrate, duality softens and consciousness shifts toward a state of unity — the felt sense that you are not separate from the world, from others, or from something larger than yourself. This integration is supported by stillness and meditative practice, by releasing past trauma that keeps you anchored in old patterns, and by holding steady through the resistance the law of polarity guarantees whenever you pursue something bigger. The result is a return to unity consciousness: clearer perception, less reactivity to old wounds, and greater command over the energy and results you create.

Key Takeaways
- The left hemisphere organizes reality into a timeline and creates the illusion that you are finite and separate, while the right hemisphere perceives unity and connection.
- Returning to unity consciousness requires a rewiring process that builds new synaptic pathways between the two hemispheres so they work together instead of in opposition.
- The law of polarity means the bigger the desire you emit into the universe, the bigger the opposition you should expect as a test of your worthiness for it.
- Dwelling on past traumas keeps you anchored in old memory patterns and recreates the same negative circumstances in your present reality.
- Stillness and meditative practice — not any single technique — are what help the analytical and intuitive sides of the mind work together instead of against each other.
- Your results are a direct reflection of your current level of thinking, so identifying what is holding you back is the starting point for real change.
Welcome: Expanding Beyond Your Current Programming▶ Watch from 0:01
Good morning. I want to welcome you to today's video, wherever you're tuning in from all over the world. Welcome. As we get deeper and deeper into these concepts, new ideas are being presented — we are expanding our radar screen. Most of us are operating with our current level of programming, our current level of thinking, and what this book is teaching us is that we need new information to learn from.
This is a way for you to have new information presented to you — new ideas, new concepts for you to consider and put into practice in your own life. So again, welcome to today's video. Let's see what's in store for us today.
The Polarity of the Brain: Left Hemisphere vs. Right Hemisphere▶ Watch from 0:52
Polarity of the brain. As mentioned previously, every aspect of the third-dimensional state of reality is based on duality. Every action, big or small, triggers an equal and opposite reaction. As above, so below. As within, so without.
As the human brain is separated into two hemispheres, it is therefore limited by the law of polarity — the left hemisphere and the right hemisphere. A person who is left-brained is often said to be more logical, analytical, and objective, while a person who is right-brained is said to be more intuitive, thoughtful, and subjective.
Theoretically, the left brain's main job is to place everything in this reality into a timeline, creating the illusion that we, as creative beings, are finite in nature — separate from the universe and each other. The right hemisphere understands that you are an energetic being, connected in unity to one another and to something larger than yourself.
From Duality to Unity Consciousness▶ Watch from 2:09
There is no judgment of good and bad — everything is simply an experience. I can't wait to dive into this topic. But since the fall of man, humanity has mainly been opposing the dark side of virtually everything, and the creation of a majority of experiences from the brain has been a major catalyst for one imbalanced way of living.
Humanity is now being offered the opportunity to embrace an individual inner awakening, and it is the left hemisphere of your brain that is being adapted toward greater awareness. This involves a rewiring process aimed at establishing new synaptic pathways between the two sides, which will promote a new relationship with linear space and time. As the left and right brain start to merge, consciousness can step back into the heart space — a higher-dimensional state of being — promoting the end of duality and the return to unity consciousness.
What this is basically saying is the blending of the left hemisphere and the right hemisphere, removing duality, removing polarity, and returning us to a unity consciousness — unity, unite, one. The left hemisphere: analytical, critical, focused. The right hemisphere: energetic, spiritual, creative. Moving from a state of duality to unity consciousness is the merging of the two hemispheres of the brain — a powerful concept.
The Law of Polarity and the Law of Cause and Effect▶ Watch from 4:52
Anything polarized encourages actions with opposite reactions, and the same principle is apparent when you create from the brain and the mind. This is the law of polarity: anything you pull toward yourself that you focus on as being positive — anything you manifest and label as a good experience — will also, somewhere in your sphere of reality, attract something negative to counteract it and enforce the laws of balance. Understanding the laws of the universe, and how these things interact with our daily lives, can help put you in better situations.
My mentor once told me that the law of cause and effect is the law of laws — the law underlying all the other laws. Cause and effect, action and reaction: anything you manifest as a good experience, you will also attract something negative to counteract it and enforce the laws of balance. So remember, the bigger the thoughts you emit into the universe, the bigger the opposition that will come to test your worthiness. Let me break that down one more time: the bigger the thoughts you emit into the universe, the bigger the opposition that will come to test the worthiness of your desires.
Releasing Past Trauma▶ Watch from 5:51
You want something really, really big, you're going to be tested really, really big — it's just the way it works, it happens by law. Working through that resistance means dealing honestly with the past — mainly with the memories, and especially the traumatic ones, that keep you anchored outside the present moment. Looking at the past, going by past experiences and past traumas, allows that thinking to dictate your actions today, dictate your feelings in the present moment, and in turn control what you attract in the future.
This is such a powerful concept: when you focus on past experiences and pull them back out of your memory bank, you are recreating the same circumstances that will manifest into your reality once again, making it difficult for you to focus and maintain positive change in life.
Your negative ball of energy is bigger than your positive ball of energy — that's the game. It's a visual I want you to play with: two balls of energy, positive and negative. Everybody has them. Polarity — it's a law.
How big is your positive ball of energy versus how big is your negative ball of energy? That tells you right there — get that positive ball of energy going. Stop looking at past circumstances; it will only recreate the same thing in your reality, making it difficult for you to focus and manifest positive change in your life.
Calming the Mind, Opening to New Awareness▶ Watch from 8:02
There's a practice side to all of this too — it isn't only conceptual. Stillness, meditation, quieting the nervous system: these are the tools that help the two hemispheres work together instead of against each other. When you're calm and present, you're more able to take in a new idea or a new perspective without your analytical mind immediately shutting it down.
I'm not going to make big claims here about exact mechanisms. There's a lot of tradition, going back thousands of years across very different cultures, pointing at the same basic idea: when you quiet the noise, you open up. Call it presence, call it stillness, call it getting out of your own way — the label matters less than the practice.
What matters is this: research it, understand it, and practice it for yourself. Don't just take my word for it — go deeper into the traditions and the science, and build your own understanding of what balancing the analytical and the intuitive actually means for you.
Think With Me: Breaking Free and Taking Action▶ Watch from 11:28
I really hope some of these ideas are starting to come together for you. As you can see, certain bits and pieces from past videos work along with the concepts we're discussing today, and that's going to continue to happen. This is the importance of being here every day — these concepts are going to build on each other, referencing back to ideas we discussed in previous videos, like past negative experiences still affecting your paradigm today.
Stop living in the past. You need to overcome these traumas first — you need to identify them. What's holding you back? Can you identify what's holding you back, why it's holding you back, and what you can do to break free? Look at your results. I'll say this in almost every single video: your results tell you where your level of thinking is at, where your level of attraction is at, and ultimately what level of abundance you're attracting back into your life. So, ladies and gentlemen, thank you for being with us again today on another episode of Think With Me.
Don't just listen to this video. Don't just listen to these words. Don't just look at your notes — think with me. Practice stillness. Balance the hemispheres of your brain. Research it, understand it, understand the power of the left hemisphere and the right hemisphere. We are moving from duality and returning to a place of unity consciousness. Thank you again for being here with us today, and I look forward to seeing you in a future episode.
